Basic Moves

The 4 most basic "Reversehook" moves. Arabesque, Reversehook, Box Step & Reverse Turn Straddle. Master these and you are 70% of the way there. Notice there is to foot "tap down", all fluid movement.

Kick Forward-Reverse Back-Switch

A classic reversehook move. The reverseback-switch can be simplified by substituting a mambo chasse ("Kick forward, mambo to the back, chasse to the bench"). The rock step and be taken high by lifting the knees and making the move more of a run, it can be taken low by substituting 2 mambos. We are working on this in the Saturday 9:30AM Redwood City Golds Gym and soon at 24Hour Super Sport San Jose, Sunday 9AM.

Pause Repeater Sequence
